Definitely they aren't good buddies like already been told.

I definitely see most of them fighting among themselves instead during the battle without even fighting they're supposed opponent......
Some of them fighting each other, while other doesn't even participate in the battle and move away from battlefield searching for other things(Big mom/Shiki), some straight up abandoned Rocks and dip(Whitebeard mostly)
Young Kaido maybe the only person actually fighting and would get beaten by Roger mostly.

Also i never touch Twitter, some of their comments are hilarious.
One said Boa could be Yonko lvl because Glorosia could hang out with those big guns ROFL

Pretty sure Roger gets to "pick" the fight against the strongest enemies, like he did with Oden.
So Gaban is probably telling Roger that it ain't gonna work here, and they are free to battle whoever.
