I wonder who will defeat young Kaido, Roger or Garling ?
I think it will be roger because Kaido never spoke about Garling but yet consider Roger highly

Kaido will be Roger's hypetool. He was only a rookie at 21 years old, but also quite powerful likely in the upper commander range.
He is the perfect candidate to be destroyed by Roger, because he can afford to look bad given he's a rookie, while also being strong enough for Roger to be seen impressive.

Roger one shots him with Kamusari, calling it now.
Would also explain Roger being in Kaido's top 5 then.

So many popular characters getting pressed into this one flashback is stupid. It's enough seeing Rocks, Roger and Garp here but no, we also need Garling, Gorosei, Kuma, Ivankov and so on. The complete flashback will be held back until all characters here will be relevant in present day.

Prime Rayleigh needed Scopper to beat a far-for-prime Oden with ease, while Roger alone did It.

Prime Oden Is on Kaido top 5 and Rayleigh Is not.
Finally people might stop with this headcanon spread since years of Ray being on Shanks level for no reason, Shanks CoC Is superior and can negate others Future sight, Shanks Is Roger without an arm.
I don't get where people got "Ray and Shanks fight the same and they're comparable" bullshit.
