Twists and endings that leave more questions than answers let's get it
Not me thinking this was about One Piece before I saw the context, no pun intended. (Nor buns intended lmao)

@Mr. Reloaded is quite familiar with them since I use them as inspiration to test him whenever his faith in conejo blanco wavers
LMAO

:lulz::lulz::lulz::lulz:

I'm picturing barrel, bunny and snow related torture now lol.

@Pot Goblin did a marathon and watched Jigsaw, Saw X and Spiral all today
How was Spiral? I saw it on a whim due to Chris Rock especially and really liked it tbh. Thought he was decent along with the story and symbolism. A lot of people hated it and clowned it which annoyed me back then
but it's their opinion ofc.

Skipping over the good bits of God Valley was a huge L.
Complete facts man, Oda did us extremely dirty as I feared he would. Frauda strikes again. A bigger betrayal than any youve done too lmao.

Leakers: "Best chapter in 5 years".
Oda set the barrel so low (bunny/Pot pun not intended) that it actually is top 5 like Judge imo.

I’m pretty sure these leakers nut every time young Garp or roger appear.
Tbh I do the same so I can't blame them. /s

I generated a script of me confronting Oda about this chicanery too:

[INT. ODA'S OFFICE - DIMLY LIT]

[Ghostly, a ghostly figure, materializes before Eiichiro Oda, who's sitting at his desk, sketching manga characters. Ghostly's frustration is palpable.]

Ghostly: [Floating angrily] Eiichiro Oda, we need to talk about this One Piece thing!

Oda: [Looks up, surprised] Oh, hello there, Ghostly! What's got you so riled up?

Ghostly: [Floating closer] It's about that infamous Gods Valley incident! We waited years to see the clash of the century between the Rocks Pirates and Garp, Roger, and their crews! And you... you offscreened it! Just like you offscreened your own marriage!

Oda: [Chuckles nervously] Well, you see, Ghostly, I have my reasons...

Ghostly: [Angrily] Reasons? What reasons could there possibly be to rob us of witnessing Rocks D. Xebec, Prime Whitebeard, Young Big Mom, even Younger Kaido, Shiki, Captain John, Gloriosa, Miss Stussy Bakking, and the whole shebang in action against our heroes?

Oda: [Sheepishly] Well, you know, I wanted to keep the story moving, and...

Ghostly: [Interrupting] Moving? That incident is the kind of stuff legends are made of! It's like you gave us a sneak peek at the world's most epic party and then turned off the lights!

Oda: [Grinning] Ghostly, you know, I do like to keep a sense of mystery in my stories.

Ghostly: [Frustrated] Mystery? I'm floating around in the afterlife, and I want answers! Plus, you offscreened Kuma and Ivankov as kids too. What's that about?

Oda: [Giggles] Well, that part's not as important to the main storyline, and...

Ghostly: [Interrupting again] Not important? You know, it's all these little details that make your world so incredible! But you keep treating them like they're just... SBS questions!

Oda: [Laughs] Ghostly, you have a point, but you must admit it keeps you all coming back for more, right?

Ghostly: [Sighs] I can't stay mad at you, Oda, even if you do have this less serious demeanor about everything.

Oda: [Grinning] That's the spirit! Now, about the Void Century...

[Ghostly and Oda continue their banter, with Ghostly persistently seeking answers and Oda dancing around them, just like in the world of One Piece.]

It was fine, decent enough.

None of the Saw movies ever captured the same feeling of 1 and 2 for me. But it's still a dumb fun series to watch from time to time.

It was a bit too obvious the partner was the one behind the killings, and the movie didn't explore the cop corruption angle that much. So it was a bit shallow.

Still enjoyed it for what it was.

Aye that's fair, it was lacking in those departments too definitely. Glad you still somewhat enjoyed it though!

The Saw series has such a fascinating concept but its so grossly flanderised and milk with absolutely nonsensical plots due to it too.

Victim of its own success or whatever.

I mean, the Rocks part was cool but it still Kuma's flashback, and honestly i don't care about Kuma backstory, i just want to see Egghead.
As I am a fan of Kuma character, I've been hyping his flashback for so long. And for now his character development in the flashback is 10/10 for me. I guess this flasback gonna surpass law and fisher tiger flashback (at least for me).
