The rocks, roger and Garp panels only account for 4 pages of the chapter. It really would not change much.

I got into the series with Enis Lobby, so I can somewhat speak on it.

The most power level arguments were about who was the strongest of the Warlords and speculating about how Shanks stacked up to Aokiji

I think the thing that's discussed about that match up more isn't the outcome but the difficulty of the fight

That's where the toxicity comes from

The douriki stuff did kick up a fuss of sanji fans vs Zoro fans, but it's nothing even remotely close to what shit is like now.

Power levels only began to dominate discussion after The War of The Best.
