Also, Luffy can save Bonney and Kuma in the remaining span of arc, its not like he HAS to symbolically save her while trapped on the floor a this very moment. It makes far more sense for it to be the Robot or Kuma

"Robot activated from drums of liberation"= There is no evidence to say Luffys drums of liberation activated it. In fact, his drums were activated against Lucci. So why didn't it activate then? Especially considering the fact that Luffy was closer to the robot in the Lucci fight then on roof/clouds against Kizaru.

If the drums activated the robot, then it doesn't matter anyway because its purpose is solely to pick up the sunny and take it far enough to coup de burst, since the Vegaforce robot got destroyed by Kizaru. Makes no sense for their second chance and only mode of escape to also get destroyed by Saturn. This means its Luffy thats gonna liberate her.
Lmfao shes grabbed by Saturn. About to be killed.and the exact next event after this is the flashback where the Nika lore and freedom stuff is stated. So no it has to be here because its set up. Lmfao. Kuma with his leg and half his face missing isn't freeing anybody. The robots sole purpose is to be a replacement for this:
