There’s no concrete proof but there is narrative for it.
The first thing is that Kuma we know will not have any biological kids. This was confirmed this chapter.
The second thing is the striking similarities between Ginny and Bonney and how oda has focused heavily on Ginny’s gluttonous nature
The third thing is that Ginny’s not marrying anyone but kuma. She’s clearly in love with him and have turned down countless suitors for Kuma.
And finally, odas not going to do a rape narrative. That’s always been avoided in the manga.

So knowing all these things, either Ginny and Bonney aren’t related and the gluttony is just a coincidence or Ginny is Bonney
