Let think this again, they still prepare for a all out battle alone against Kaido and his troup via using a trick, even then the chance are very low, even Grandpa Hyo know this and training Luffy more and more. Big mom is the strawberry on the cake, alone because the forming with Kaido will complete change the strategy of the alliance if they don´t know that Big mom teamup with Kaido.

Since Big mom has now a alliance and probably the chance of her clashing with the Navy, I beg to Oda that he bring Compote and Snack alongside the others
It is finally the chance of the two show something, Compote at more need to show her true power, Snack can do something also.^^
I only singled them out because they are the coward trio but yeah the whole alliance is gonna be shook plus like you said if they don't find out about BM and Kaido alliance soon their whole strategy is gonna fall apart I've been saying this for a while they should throw the whole plan in the bin... Anyway, Hawkins will going to get good portrayal like Kidd soon. These two are very important and it's visible from their past portrayal.
I think Worst Gen Alliance will contribute the most in beating Kaido and Big Mom
While the Fujitora and Kizaru will be the ones to kill them
Also BM is without Zeus and Prometheus ..... those monsters from "Numbers" seem intimidating but i think they are somewhere below Calamities in Power level

Those 5 "Numbers" fill the gap between 10 th Drake and 4th Jack
