His closest friends and subordinates try to infiltrate the enemy base to rescue another one of their closest members who was enslaved for several years? Dragon does nothing yet again.
Kuma's love was enslaved and impregnated by one of Dragon's enemies while she could have been easily saved by a rescue team? Dragon does nothing.
I'm still wondering why Dragon did nothing to save Kuma on his own. He's powerful after all and unlike Sickbeard, he wouldn't die from rescuing one of his closest subordinates.

Even Fisher Tiger probably did more to the Celestial Dragon slaves than Dragon ever did.
