Figarland, look at the treatment Shanks gets, still not sure if Sengoku let the war end due to figarland blood or his status and crew ready to fight there.
Sengoku didn't want to waste/risk more resources, and Shanks is obviously very important, hell he has enough sway to meet with the Gorosei during the Levely of all times.

The guy only has to produce three chapters a month, not four like he used to. His scheduled now is way better than it used to be, where now he is focusing on film red and live action. He gets constant breaks every year.
Yasuhisa Hara is the same age as Oda and he works way worse hours than Oda with no breaks and none of yall are worshipping him.

I assume Figarland is equivalent to the 4 noble families in Bleach, you become a major player due to power and status and this is 900y after the creation of the WG, so I'd assume way before.
