Well given how kuma left Revos for her, and also how he became obedient to WG.... He probably cured using something from WG.

I thought it was implied or stated that he became obedient to them because they had her held captive.

I think Kuma used his fruit to repel the illness out of Bonney and took it on himself. Would explain why he turned himself into an android since he didn’t have long left anyways

The only thing that makes me skeptical of this, is why would Kuma waste his time with doctors trying to cure her, and not just of done that from the beginning, and then tried to find a cure for himself?

Unless, this is no cure, so Kuma willingly gave up his body to the disease, however, Vegapunk got slick, and made him a new body, which he will put Kuma's memories in.

That is the running theory after all, that Kuma-Seraphim will inherit Kuma's consciousness, so it could fit, and would make a nice twist. Since they couldn't cure the disease, Vegapunk figured out a way to just transfer Kuma's consciousness to a new body.

I feel like Saturn is definitely losing this arc, Kuma will witness hope symbolized by Nika save Bonney and beat one of the Gorosei. It’s a good way for him to die peacefully, knowing that everything will come into fruition. A gorosei member losing is also a non-subtle way to kick off a world war lol, great start for the final saga.
