Maybe they scared to touch her, just like when doctors afraid to touch law with White Disease

Imagine you on the red line after WG and Tenryuubito let u go, probably went on someone ship alone while dying and carrying a baby which went so many days to get to Sorbet ( maybe even sneaking up ), and then when u reach sorbet , its the end

But why Amazon Lily and Boa that hates men?
Why Mihawk that wants to live alone?

I think Dragon is also good at making allies out of people the way Luffy is and Kuma saw that quality in Luffy, so he figures Luffy will be okay. And since I guess it doesn't quite go without saying, Amazon Lily is filled with haki experts so that's the reason to choose it.
