i understand if deflects arent harmful but redirects should be

id even argue that my ability shud also be harmful because it removes the ability to deflect/busdrive from the target, which is doing a negative effect against them, even if indirectly. it's like an ability that removes protections shud be considered harmful

There is a difference between "redirect a player" and "randomise the targets of the player's actions". I agree they should both be harmful, but the latter is clearly more so.
