No one can mindread what (proverbially speaking here) you perceived as townie as town can be and what specific tells there are

Which is basically me saying you'll probably be disappointed and this is not a good measurement of determining you read on me or anyone else's for that matter

I understand you aching to be in a leadership position, but this isn't necessarily what a leadership position entails
Guide those you already have clear reads on, everything else is up in the air
