Usopp is pretty much the only part that is easily replaceable without any noteworthy impact if you only consider fighting ability and his role on the ship. Everyone else has rather significant jobs are strong or both.
I will not take anyone because that is a bit cheap. It should be someone that fits on the ship and would actually have a desire to stay and sail under Luffy.
I would replace Usopp with Yamato.
