in the panel before ginny is kidnapped we see kuma give surprise visit, long same boots that appear by ginny next panel..and same cloud/smoke effect when kuma travels. i doubt dragon would hide ginny location details from kuma.. surprise visit from kuma not out question by the feet appearing, and same smoke effect like kuma. before he leaves later. and next we get ginny being mention she got kidnapped. also age age fruit if ginny had this, she could de-aged herself delay baby from being born later..till she got freed

People say the war thing all the time, and that might make sense IRL, but in the OP world where one elite can replace thousands of combatants that isnt the same value proposition.

It doesnt stop him from looking impotent. Sure he tells him where VP is (hes known the whole time btw), but past that it seems everythings on Kuma, including the bill.

Yeah sure Dragon's leading a bunch of fodder to their deaths, but that doesnt make his character feel impactful. He's like Oden in that everyone tells us how we should feel about him, but we havent seen anything deserving of such importance.

For every other major character we've had moments where their influence and power is shown, but weve only ever seen Dragons shortcomings (unless you count smoker).

Yes and WG back then and now have way more elites than dragon and the revs this became even more clear as they keep on adding to there power .
Yes he knew where VP is whole time but that was on marine base , you expect revs attack a marine base for VP.
I think he feel impactful just not in the way some people want and when it comes shorts coming no one beats the WG.
It tooks us near 20 years to see elder do something and 25 to see a reuse name move by shanks we will see dragon in time .

It's obviously because of the introduction of Saturn, and this chapter implies he plays a major role in what happened to Kuma.

Plus Oda already do the usual and take out luffy for while but this time his oppent also .

I certainly hope so, but understand my frustration isnt with Dragon himself, but the way Oda has used and portrayed him.

In a series of people taking their lives and destiny into their own hands, Dragons mostly had others fight for him. Im more upset Oda has taken this long, especially if he ends up being a punch fighter.

That mostly on some pirate side an even then sometime they just chill .
The marines just follow the WG orders like dogs and and Elders have been sitting on ass for 20 years .
He end up being semi punch fighter with his DF even more so if he has ACoC.
