Another flashback chapter. Nothing special in it. We'll probably see Saturn again asking Vegapunk to erase Kuma's memories. A little bit of Bonney's past, when she was in Mariejoie again, when she started her pirate crew, etc... We will have at least 2 or 3 more chapters for the flashback.
We will see what Vegapunk really did with Kuma's memories and it will pay off when we get back to present time. That should be around 1102/3.

i dont think you understand how fiction works if you dont know what character traits are and think everything a character does is a reflection of the writer.

No if Oda decides to write Dragon as lazy, than in that regard for that certain character he is lazy. As simple as that. Generally of course not, but every character has a little bit of Oda‘s character trait in them.
