So is his opponents really slower, or does Sanji make them look slower because he's that much faster, lmao...

Those two were competing fiercely, to the point they were screaming and about to fight each other.

Kaku was in full Zoan form. Don't try and pretend Kaku was holding back. They both went full speed, and were dead even.

You can even argue Jabra was faster, because leg wise, he was in front, while Kaku closed the distance with the length of his neck.

we know that fights aren’t about running long races… They are about reaction speed and attack speed… Luffy is UNQUANTIFIABLY faster than Brook

hell We literally have Brook say that Zoro is faster than him and yet Zoro is MUCH SLOWER than Luffy… Luffy is a goddamn monster in every single stat in the series compared to his entire crew… He can literally fight and defeat his own crew BY HIMSELF

That's irrelevant, because Zoro just has more fights. You can't say Sanji couldn't compete with those guys in speed just because he's never fought those guys, therefore Zoro is faster. There is no basis for comparison.

About Kaido, first off it is debatable

we have seen MUCH SLOWER people both see and tag much faster people as long as their attention is elsewhere… for example That weakling CP-0 guy was able to tag Luffy mid attack in the Kaido fight yet we know this Cp-0 guy is weaker than Izo and Izo ain’t even Commander level… So basically a Tobi roppo level guy can tag Yonko level speedsters as long as it’s not 1v1

Even worse we have seen Flampe manage to perceive Luffy in the Katakuri fight, yet again, Flampe is so weak that she can get knocked out by Luffy’s CoC to begin with.

no, Oda actively ignores the nature of people’s combat speed when it’s not a 1v1. Remember how everyone in Marineford could get between top tiers? Or like how Kuma could walk in-between Rayleigh and Kizaru mid fight like he’s taking a morning stroll
