General & Others Which pre time skip arc is worst?

Wapol was not funny in the slightest. Annoying and cringe tbh. The plot was meant to be serious about the doctors being reserved for the king.
It just didn't hit home. The moral dillema on the island.
Half the arc was about aces Sakura petals flashback. Which really sucked.
Choppers the only redeemable aspect. Nothing exciting happens here.
You literally named it. Luffy climbed a cliff. Luffy fought snow bunnies. The annoying king got one shot by luffy. Chopper joins the crews.
It just felt like filler that oda tried to turn into something more. Thing is. You can't put lipstick on a pig
In long ring we at least get aokiji, more of Robin's backstory, we get to see ice age from the admiral. We see the monster trio vs an admiral. We get afro luffy which was funnier than wapol at least lol. We get sanji and zoro vs the monkey Brothers in that soccer game.
We get some major lore drops and we see more unique animals and people in long ring. The islands unique ecosystem was much more interesting than an island covered in snow.
Idk long ring long land just checks all the boxes that make it better in my opinion. Drum island and wapol was a snooze fest and i can never make it through without losing my motivation to watch one piece.

And nah I didn't enjoy Afro Luffy all that much it was a cool scene but overall wasn't feeling it
Drum island had a nit more pizazz to it and luffy climbing the mountain was an iconic moment and that moment also it progressed the plot a lot introduced new fan favorite characters I personally don't like chopper but his fans do also if I recall correctly wasn't Drum island when the will of D concept was first brought up by Kureha and also Dr Hiruluks speech iconic
Long Ring was an unnecessary pitstop that didn't progress the story out side of Aokiji introduction an the end of the arc or beginning? I forget when exactly

It didn't progress the plot whatsoever. That arc was essentially filler with nothing important in it besides chopper. What part of the plot did it progress?
You've got that confused with long ring long land. Which actually moved the story a shit ton and filled in Robin's back story.
I remember the will of D being brought up before. I do remember it being mentioned in drum island arc. But nothing very revelating tbh. We didn't get any info about it. Just another confirmation that the will of D is real.
I will say it's cool cause it mentions blackbeard for the first time ever since ace was around
I guess we'll agree to disagree. I just don't see the appeal whatsoever to drum island. Maybe its cause I remember the long drawn out anime version of it and not the manga

Long ring Long Land is fun, foxy is cool, a great "break" arc between two long arcs, lore and plot with aokiji.
Drum has chopper and BB in ONE PANEL.
Drum has HORRIBLE pacing for being so short, no interesting fights.
At leas LRLL makes multiple way to transform fights that were one sided into real fights.

Chopper and that old Doctor.Luffy climbing that mountain.Ace and BlackBeard reference.Wapol being defeated.I enjoyed that arc.Those giants bunnies were cool too.
Man,i hated foxy,it felt like filler.I watched it on the anime back when all episodes of it were already released and i couldn't wait to finish that mess.Foxy was just boring to me.
