People with CoC have stronger wills which means stronger haki. Haki = willpower according to Rayleigh

Yes warlords are second class characters now.
Other than Kuma , none of them matters anymore,
Seraphims are 100 times more stronger than Warlords.

That don't mean trash that on that list stronger than former warlords plus the other name on list don't matter any more either even less than former warlords .
Also of course former warlord matter 3 of the form CG, Jinbei on luffy crew .
As for the Seraphims being 100 strong maybe in time cause there no way in hell now.
You not catching the real boa and putting bubble ball on back like franky did or Mihawk running like s-hawk did .

It's pretty clear that seraphims can do anything their original can do
Plus they have better defense.

I mean they have better haki in general. For example, see Jimbei. His armament haki got way stronger after he got mad at Whos Who. That's because Haki is literally willpower. Only people with kingly willpower have CoC which means their haki is more powerful. Applies to Armament haki as well.
