Yes, We should Scale based on how Oda wants to use the Island
He wanted to create a Place where Ancient Giants Roam, Sleep, Party, Run, Fight ... etc
They are +50 Meters, so the Place is obviously gonna be around that Big

Take Thriller Bark for example, He wanted it to be used as a Ship & for Oars to look like He can Destroy the Island with his Attacks, so it's not as big as Pirate Island for example, and Pirate Island also isn't as big as Dressrosa that is created for much much more than just a Place for Pirates to Party, and Dressrosa is also not as big as Wano Country ... etc

Islands are simply as Big as Oda needs them for his Story & Activities done on it

Little island or big island, there are narrative and perspective shots, some things are made to look bigger for the impact. Having said that things like Numbers and mountains do show that Onigashima is not as small as some want it to be and neither is it as big as some want it to be.
