I've been saying for a while now that the Koby vs Boa fight was off screened and will show that Koby hit Boa in the head and that is where she got the mark from. Along with showing Koby dodge her attacks which even Yamakiji didn't do so toxic mfers can stop saying Koby is gay thus immune to Boa.

The episode is next I reread this chapter and I think you are right .
Something def happened off screen .
When boa showed up and her sister yelled no it was not because she was going to use her arrow she actually fought .
Both of her sisters vanished after that did Koby or helmeppo defeated them ?
Then we see boa using her slave arrow and we see that Koby is now injured and he is bleeding that mean Boa probably was beating him off screen or he got injured beating her sisters .
BUt then boa used femur when Koby is talking to the seraphim Koby reacted to it then it cut to BB choking hancock who now have an injury on her head that was not there when she was using her slaves arrow this proof she got injured off screen .
Was it by Koby after her perfume femur ? Or was it BB off screen when he was grabbing her ?

Anime will show us . Well I hope .
