General & Others What arc has the most greater number of incoherences and contradictions ?

Wano, or more specifically many things regarding its plot, is a good candidate:
1) Gifters are firstly introduced as abnormal zoan users that, in spite of that, can transform without problem. Sheepshead is a good example of this since he can invoke his sheep parts at will, but fodder soldiers (like the wolf user in Zou) could do it too. Later it was retconned to a permanent change and gifters can't control their transformation anymore.
2) Kin'emon was firtst introduced as a retainer of the Kogetsu family and introduced himself in a very cold, formal way like if nobody there knew him. Raizou was then addressed as "dono" by Neko and Inu, and they explained how the relationship between the clan and the minks was very old. Only next chapter we get the feeling that Neko and Inu were close friends to Kin'emon and literal retainers of Oden, and the family is named as Kozuki, clearly seeming like Oda made some changes between chapters.
3) Again in Zou it was stated that the Beast Pirates were after Oden because of his knowledge on Laugh Tale, which was never addressed during the flashback.
4) Enma's background was retconned from a sword that was only tamed by Oden, nobody before, nobody after, into a birth gift (so it is impossible for a "before" to happen).
5) Orochi forgets that he knows that Hiyori is alive.
6) The Big Mom Pirates don't try to climb the waterfall after they're taken down by King and they somehow don't know about the secret port, which is supposedly used by different people affiliated with the Beast Pirates, in spite of being the crew with the best intelligence network in the world.
7) Marco's letter makes no sense.
8) Oden is allowed to keep his swords even imprisoned.
Am I forgetting something?

Headcanon plots, stories and power levels is the biggest source of contradictions and incoherences.
Its when people here think they know better and believe they can tell Oda's story better than Oda himself and build their own delusional headcanon events and fights and keep doing so for so long only to be disappointed when it doesn't happen and starts ranting and speaking ill about Oda and excessively claim the existence of contradictions and incoherences in every single plot in pretty much every arc.
I don't deny that not everything Oda writes is perfect and flawless but people here call every single plot and every single thing Oda writes plot inconveniences as if everything must go their way or else its not right and not good.
People here really need a REAL hobby or a sport to get rid of all that hateful energy they spread around here making this place toxic and cancerous.
And if you're too lazy to practice a hobby or play a sport and want to spend so many hours setting in your seat spreading hates and bash against Oda and one piece then its better to invest all that energy in discussing something YOU THINK its better than one piece. Open a forum discussing how every manga other than one piece shits on Oda and his work and how a masterpiece is HxH, AoT, Berserk or Vagabond.
Trust me guys, you will have so much more fun discussing things you like about those shows you think is better than one piece instead of spending so many hours everyday speaking ill about a manga that is not worth it or not been worthy since the timeskip (according to you of course).

Sadly OP is the only manga consistent there. Which may make a correlation between consistency of chapters coming out and trash writing.
I believe the fans wants the direction of the story to go their way regardless of the quality of the story given and they're so full of themsleves that they feel they can write a better story which by reading it for so many years its trashier than anything Oda does.
One Piece far from perfect, that's so true but its also far from the inconsistentency level people here claim it to be.
The elements that made OP great before with all its problems that existed before, those factors still exist today and people here act like its something new.
I actually believe OP storeis and plots and its implementation after the timeskip is better than pre timskip but the difference is the nostalgic factor.
The inconsistency that people rant about exist pre timeskip too but because now with eveeryone use social media and forums and get to witness a huge amount of hate that is spreading around which nitpicking every mistake and problems and hype them so much to make it look worst than it is thus making others who really enjoy OP feel a bit down when only negatives get the most highlights.
