How good is general Raku'a Kan?

It seems like Hara wants us to get very hyped about this man.

As we see he's the number one general of one of the Warring States. He and Tou respectively give each other a great deal of praise - just like Raku'a Kan states that there aren't many opportunities to exchange words with the esteemed Tou, likewise Tou says that he's excited to talk to Han's first general. It is really portrayed as a mutual thing.

And looking them, just by looking at how Raku'a Kan stands and acts next to Qin Six Tou, Shin feels that the guy is the real deal.

It really seems like this guy is an heavyweight Great General, one that will prove to be a big hurdle in the future. I really hope he'll give great showings.

So, where do you folks think he stands? What caliber of a commander he is?

I said it before, but if the smaller states that ceased to exist can produce commanders like Man’U and Kyou En, then Han as one of the seven major states should have their number one commander be even above them.

I wouldn’t say he’s Kochou level though. I have Kochou ~ Ordo who is probably just a bit above Rakuakan.

I perceive Raku'A Kan as the Kingdom equivalent.

In my book, that roughly translates to Ko Chou level (which is very high).

The number one general of Yan should be above the number one general of Han yes? Since Yan > Han.

Rakuakan is probably smarter than Ordo as Han is smarter than Yan but I figure Ordo should be above him.

I think we can expect the general making factories to start to work for Wei, Han, Yan like they did for Zhao
I wouldn't mind a couple new dudes appearing in Han or Yan that rival the Qin6 but Raku'a kan and Ordo aren't it.

Ordo is a bum and Raku'a kan doesn't give off the vibe of a Qin6/Zhao3 general
Can you really imagine this guy countering some of Ousen's tactics or put Tou in a trap?

No but that doesn’t answer my question lol. These guys are explicitly said to be the number one generals of their states. Them losing to Ousen or Tou isn’t relevant to that.

I can see him being Kochou level but I want there to be a great challenge for the person that is in charge of the Han campaign (I’m sure Kochou can do that too, but the most impressive victories for me are the ones where both sides are nearly equal in skill).

Han shouldn't be that weak considering they are surrounded by Zhao Wei Yan Qi and Chu. Most importantly still existing with small territory in this warring era and Zhao/Wei/Chu are quite ambitious as well.

Here MC is even hyping him up while comparing him with Tou as well so he shouldn't be so low to be getting labeled as equal of Kochou. He's definitely a guy who's on the level of titled general like Q6/Z3/W7.

At least Qin has plenty other sods to represent them besides Choutou. Han has got just Seikai.

Either Han played with Coalition by sending a gimmick like Seikai or Riboku is too much interested in modern warfare like using science of Seikai or mechanical stuff of GHM..... lol
