That youngster Luffy is so different from the Luffy from chapter 1, looks-wise. Oda's artstyle veered a lot from the original.

If you look at his art style over years is everything get more detail from characters to backgrounds.
Then he start put more and more content into chapter so things not clear\clean as the early days .

The 6 Vegapunks were probably made from the Stem Cells Vegapunk harvested from Bonney - meaning they have a Celestial Dragon's & Ginney's lineage.

Probably why Atlas looks strikingly similar to Ginney, or why York has those freckles like Ginney had & wants to be a Celestial Dragon in the first place.

Doubt it,they are more likely to be derived from Vegapunks own lineage factor.
