Cause God Valley canonically disappeared from the West Blue. It’s very possibly got pulled into the new world seeing how Shanks still visits the island.
Imho the fight for the 4th RP is going to be a jumbled mess across multiple islands.
Currently, my theory is that Elbaf is a Marine Centric arc that initiates this conflict. Eventually, that conflict will involve the 4 Yonko completely. I feel there are 2 avenues for this:
- We either get this huge war/mess/thing between Marines and the 4 Yonko where someone like Zoro ends up facing, Fujitora, Shiryu and Mihawk in a free for all until it ends up just being Mihawk by the end. Same idea with Luffy, Shanks, Blackbeard and Akainu.
- Things are sequential to the end of the series. I.e. Elbaf is Akainu centric (or Blackbeard or Shanks, the order doesnt matter), the next island (Lodestar) is Blackbeard or Shanks, followed by Laugh Tale with the Yonko who didnt fall prior. CG is a means to just get Mihawk to LT to fight Zoro, so where they are involved frankly doesnt matter.
Ita also been confirmed to not really be that important in this Flashback. We know Rocks went there now because the Celestial Dragon's stole something from him, not for something special with the island
The event is hyped up, nothing suggests there's something intrinsic to the Island unless you believe BB and Luffy are going to be digging for jewels in the ground there.
Also there are several islands they could have a confrontation on. Hell, they could even have a confrontation at Sea if Oda feels like it.
Why exactly must they clash at God Valley when as far as we know, everything of import there, left there.
@Sir Yasheen Kuma's FB confirmed that Rocks only went there to take back something that was stolen from him (the Beehive treasure), I dont think the island was special outside of the fact that it was removed from maps due to the conflict there and the fact that the CDs were committing genocide.
I dont think this series will ever veer off course again. We will get Elbaf, Lodestar, Laughtale (and at worst, something between Elbaf and Lodestar) and the final war if its not included in the above.
Aye as long as Kuma is still kickin she is gonna go where he goes. His original body is gonna need to die and be unable to get a new body with the memory bubble. It's important to note her main motivation was to sail out and find/fix her father and travel the world with him.
If he does fully die it changes things but I think she's gonna dedicate herself in destroying the WG in revenge of her father and join the revos with Vegapunk
But we know canonically God Valley is no longer in the west blue as it’s “disappeared without a trace.” - Chapter 957
Other things we know is that Shanks was hinted to be born on God Valley (One Piece Film Red calling him an Figarland and Garling and his family was on God Valley the year of Shanks birth) and that when he met with whitebeard, he brought Whitebeard wine from his Hometown. (Chapter 434)
God Valley is no longer in the West Blue but shanks still is able to get fresh wine from God Valley and bring it to Whitebeard.
The West Blue is also only separated from the new world by the calm belt. The idea that it could move across the calm belt isn’t a crazy idea seeing how these things stack up
G3 is bone balloon and requires air to blow the bones up. G3 also isn't Nika. Bonney didn't blow her arm up, she just made it bigger by imagining Nika.
Giant with no air = G5. Furthermore, if Bonney imagined Nika that means she's capable of using Nika's abilities. Nika = G5. Ergo, pre-TS Bonney was using a G5 ability
