You do realize that both circumstances contribute to the length of time it took to get there right? We don't need a panel explaining to us that not having a Navigator on the Grand line in the New World is going to set them back from reaching Zou faster, because we already know this. We've were told how hard it was to Navigate from Island to Island when the Straw Hats first entered the Grandline, and we were told again how hard it was to navigate from Island to Island when the Straw Hats entered the New World. This is common knowledge, that Oda doesn't need to hold the audience's hand through.

Let's assume you're right on this. It still debunks your initial claim that Zou is incredibly slow, and that was what I was saying from the start. I don't need to do the math here right?
Whatever reason there is for Zou not reaching his destination, has nothing to do with his speed.

Dude, slow for a fucking 20 km or so elephant. A few steps of him each day and he moves a lot.

Jack was able to make it from Zou, to Doflamingo's prison ship which was heading to Impel Down, the complete opposite direction of Zou, get wrecked by Fujitora and co, re-coup and make it back to Zou, in roughly the the same time it took Luffy and Co to make it from Dressrosa to Zou. That shows you the vast difference on how fast someone can traverse the New World with a Navigator in comparison to not having one. And shows you that Zunisha is not moving very fast at all.
You're insisting on something irrelevant to the discussion. I'm not here arguing how navigators can make a difference. Ofc they do. Sanji reached Zou in one day. Only "three days" later Luffy departed from DR and it took him one week to reach Zou. We have a panel saying how Zou moving away from them(AND let's say navigators) has affected the travel time so much in JUST three days. And you're here talking about how Zou is too slow to reach his destination in one thousand years!

We know there is a promised time, a New Dawn etc. etc. That time seems to be fast approaching. Zunisha has been wandering the sea for 1000 years, waiting for that time. Now is that time, and now is the time for Zunisha to start making her way to her destination. She's slow, and on path to where she needs to be. She can't alter her course, make it to Wano, and then be back on track to make it to where she needs to be for the promised time.
