BB is still a fucking Yonko. Boa got sneaked and her neck grabbed instantly. Very dangerous position to be in. She moves, he snaps her neck. He can basically fit her whole head on his hand. So her neck is like a tomato to him.
It's almost like people don't know how necks work...

Armament haki (assuming hers is strong enough) would stop her from being choked out
With enough physical strength she could rip his arms off her neck too
While I'm sure Boa isn't weak without her fruit (she blitzed Koby) she still isn't very impressive if a chokehold is all it takes to take her out of the fight

No. They tanked one from Sengoku.
There isn't any proof that Sengoku's quakes ~ the Gura's quakes.
Furthermore, women are weaker than men in most cases, and BB has shown to have a lot of physical strength (he nearly cracked Ace's neck after all), I feel he could crush her neck, even if he needed the Gura to do so.
Otherwise she would have easily imbued ACoA into her foot and kicked him in the stomach/balls, but it was clear that the moment she did that he would destroy her neck.

You can see his crew standing behind him before the quake hits too
