Why One Piece Battledome and Power Level Discussions are closed to guests?

Yup. Same here.
While I do understand and sometimes share the sentiment of @Jew D. Boy, it can get ugly and tedious at times, the arena is basically what the forum is made for. Take out the Arena and this forum will lose most of its activity. Like it or not, the fandom is mostly interested in power level talks, and of course we all have our biases at times, so differing opinions and conflict arise from there. Now that conflict should be solved in a better way, not just shit talking each other, but maybe that's what we can work on.
To be honest, I find the spoiler threads to be worse lmao. Every time I drop by there there's some talk about furry chicks, flat chested chicks, penises, etc. And that's actually visible to guests. In addition to that, there's also shit talking, bashing, baiting, et cetera, going on there. All of that plus the things I mentioned first make it worse in my opinion.
Summa summarum, the arena is the most active place and while I do understand that some people would like to avoid it, it is the backbone of the forum.

Agreed, and it's a good one because ultimately the goal is to lure more users.
But as Erkan pointed out to me, the whole section existence isn't visible for guests? Isn't it better to enable guests to see the section exists, but then not allow them to open it? That's what I've seen on other forums, at least.

This. Plus every fanbase is bound to have very passionate people, this isn't exclusive to One Piece.
I can't even imagine how boring the forum would be if we all just discussed the chapters like good boys and girls, with no mention of anything power related. Not to mention many of us ONLY care about the power levels, as superficial as it is, like your boy

More complaints will eventualy lead to stricter measures which will eventually lead to other complains.
The forum is quite nice the way it is battledome wise, it's different stuff that should be instead fixed. :)

The only reason you made an account was to see Battledome section?!! That can't be right.
As far as I am concerned, the Battledome Section is the most futile section in WG or any other OP forum. In Discussion Sub-forum, you can usually reach a conclusion at some point for most topics. But Battledome threads don't move at all.
Of course, I don't see why Battledome Section not being visible to Guests is something worth discussing. It looks like that this thread is yet another attempt of undermining WG/WG leadership.
