Do they not show their reaction on the screen too at the same time?

If so, it's under fair use I think.
That's not fair use, if it's the content in it's entirety.

To be fair use you have to edit it, cut moments, under a small percentage of the entire thing.

They just straight up show the entire show / anime / movie, with no cuts.

Fair use needs to be transformative and not a replacement to the original, someone could literaly sign up to one of their patreons and watch the One Piece Live Action or the Yu Yu Hakusho live action in it's entirety without paying Netflix, it's a market substitute.

1103 is the climax already? Love how Oda is rushing things when it's about important fights, after wasting time on Flashbacks and Tama feeding beast pirates for 10 chapters.
This

Dressrosa was one of the worst offender for this that comes to mind imagine wasting so many chapters to reach the palace only to repeat that process again for another time for several chapters

And keep in mind Doffy was the sidedish villain leading to Kaido

But KOL is still shown on screen right?

Who wants to watch a show while half the screen is taken up by KOL's sweaty ass? :whitepress:

I'd rather pay the streaming service or even pay for Blue Ray lol

yes, of course, i agree with you

but it's still piracy lmao

that's my only point

just his face being there doesn't make it fair use

at least some other content creators just use a timer and tell the viewer to get their own source of the content

this way is more legit

Sometimes I imagine how long Wano would have been if Oda had put Doflamingo in Wano to begin with like he originally planned. It's a chilling thought.

its probably something that could get taken to court. but it happens on twitch a lot. i think maybe archiving it is different, if you can sign up to kols patreon and watch old reactions that miught be sus, but a live stream with commentary is fine
