Things got a bit confusing regarding Kuma's memories when it came to the spoilers but now that the chapter is out, it is pretty much confirmed that all of Kuma's memories are gone.

The memory bubble is a copy of Kuma's original memory from his mind, when Vegapunk erased Kuma's consciousness, he pretty much also erased his memories.

And now the memory bubble is gone as well because of Bonney stepping inside of it.

When it comes to his mind, Kuma is pretty much confirmed to be dead.

Only his body remains alive now.

We've learned that Kuma's Fruit allows him to make memory bubbles without erasing the memory of the original person.

So, S-Bear or Kuma can still technically gain Kuma's memories by using the Paw Paw Fruit to make a bubble of Kuma's memories from Bonney, who took them in.
