Why you always fighting over Zoro's feats? :drakihi:
I don't only do it for Zoro , you can see i do for others and sometimes i do it for trolling that the best way to enjoy WG.
You can even see i also someone who admits when i am wrong .
But might and would is not the same if this was luffy , Shanks , Akainu , BB etc etc or anyone else i be saying the same thing .
This is one best moments is manga and we get see it again but why change context .

I give it a 1 just because it clearly shows that this flashback is a retcon and it ended up not answering the questions I had (why did Bonney escape give shills to Akainu? Why was BB so sure that she was worth a battleship and the WG would prefer to trade instead of just killing her and collecting the bounty? etc).

Overall, for a retcon made to make Nika shine it was ok. I'm happy it's over.
How would BB collect her bounty the man is pirate they capture his ass.
I guess he can try differnt things but once they know it BB he getting no money .

The more I think about this chapter, and this flashback, the more I hate it. There's nothing wrong with Kuma's backstory, it is just so dragged on and cloying it was impossible for me to actually feel sad (or anything else but boredom).Reading the entire flashback was an unending torment. Kuma knowing Nika was a rubber man, the umpteenth Zoro moment sneaked in, and the Sanji's slander right before the beginning of this SBS material flashback just made it worse.

With this said, I like Kuma and Bonney and I hope she joins the strawhats. Much better than Yamato or Carrot. Now it is Sanji time.

Buggy company had as part of their work collecting bounties. The point is why they would be willing to exchange for her instead of letting her die.
It was clearly designed to show that she was important by herself instead of just a Nika plot. Its a dropped plot point but oda usually tried to answer those things before
