Lol, Kisame's water dome is mountain sized. Any poison requires a certain concentration to be deadly. Sasori's poison would become so diluted in the dome that it shouldn't be having any real effect on Kisame.

How are any of Sasori's attacks gonna be hitting Kisame when they're constantly being pushed away by all the water attacks Kisame will be throwing?

The only move that would work on Kisame. If Sakura can dodge it, I think Kisame will be fine

IIRC sakura had chiyo to help her out. She has knowledge about this justsu.

Kisame can react to Bee, who was speed blitzing Hebi Sasuke. If Chiyo can react to Sasori’s attacks, Kisame should have no trouble with it

Didn't kisame got blitzed by killer B when he used V2? Killer B blitzed sasuke when? Sasuke dodged Killer B and only later got hit after thinking genjutsu had worked.

I am talking about the fact that chiyo knew about how the jutsu works and sasori can still controller it further.

While not perfect, Sakura was able to effectively fight Sasori after a bit of help from Chiyo. Kisame was keeping up with Killer Bee, I don’t see Sasori cutting him much at all.

Sasori is a good opponent against Kisame, his iron sand makes it near impossible for Kisame to get close without a risk of being hit. I do think a Daikodan ends this though. A jutsu Kisame can use at any point, with or without water.

not impossible for Sasori to win but by the nature of how Sasori fights, I think he’s forcing Kisame to use a long ranged, chakra eating bomb earlier than most opponents would. Fusing with Samehada won’t work, he can’t control the environment because of the iron sand, etc. it’s either that or subterranean voyage but I see the former as a more likely winning strategy.
