I think usually an anime will lauch when the manga has 3-4 volumes which means around 40 chapters but for Kagurabachi maybe gona be different due to the meeme hype effect. I hope we will get it started next year so that in 2025 we can enjoy it especially if Bleach stops, as well as jujutsu kaisen.
