No way Saturn is so strong that he needs to be jumped by Kuma, Luffy and Kizaru.

Pretty much the same for me.

It's not that I don't like Luffy and Kizaru fighting a common evil, because sadly the Gorosei turned out to be just that, but more that it would be ridiculous for the consistency of the plot.
If that were true, Gorosei + Admirals would have destroyed the Great Age of Pirates decades ago, and we know they could not.

Weird but likeable. It would be like see that Goku and Frieza vs Jiren fight, to a degree. It could also escalate in a Luffy, Kizaru, Kuma and Sentomaru (to fulfill the picture) vs Saturn (but that probably is giving Saturn way too much credit).

Nah Yonko fans would be fine because we know the gorosei will still go down to pirates in the end. Zoro vs Ethan. Sanji vs Jupeter. Etc

Again. I keep hearing people say Oda doesn't care too much about powerscaling. And narrative matters more. I fail to see the issue with Zoro and Sanji being able to take all 4 OG yonko at once eos.

It's shonen. Expect powercreep to happen. Remember when we thought the 5 kage were supposed to be ultra powerful but it turned out either Hashirama or Madara could take all 5 at once with moderate difficulty? Hashirama could easily do it.

And then Naruto and Sasuke ended up stronger than Hashirama to the point where it wasn't comparable?
