Zoro's only competition for the dumbest in the crew is Luffy. His stupidity hasn't only been stressed by Luffy himself and other people, but even by Rayleigh as he was worried Zoro would be too slow to get the 3D2Y message (and he was right, he was the slowest to get it). Don't put him in fifth place, please.

Yeah complaining about sanjis consistent gag that started as soon as he was introduced is totally an argument.
Other than that let's think about what sanji has done tactically. From little garden to alabasta to skypiea to ennies lobby to thriller bark to the very present. Sanji has always been the strawhat to make moves strategically.

You could be the most knowledgeable piece of metal and still be completely oblivious about human emotions.

You could be completely illiterate and have a social intelligence that rivals the best diplomates.
And you know what the best thing is ? Those parameters can evolve on a spectrum.

The character who has shown the 2nd higher IQ is Franky because he is great engineer and is able to invent new machines.
3rd is Sanji because he he is a Michillin Star MasterChef and he never went to culinary school. high creativity. He should open a restaurant at Mariejois.
