That doesn't really make sense, the 18 obviously has to be town. This also gives some further plausibility to Reloaded and Melkor's claims. Quite confident Melkor is what he says he is anyway, Reloaded less so.

Three teams of 5, 3 mostly pro town indies. I'm assuming no merges and no recruits.

Have to remember it shouldn't be a 15 strong mafia team. The three teams all need to kill each other. Any merges that happen would be later at best and I can see Fuji not allowing it given this.

Non anti town faction would be the next thing that comes to mind, would have their own wincon that's probably a mix of harmful and useful to town
