Frankly, I'm town reading Naomi and I'm fairly certain she's on her town meta. As for Cake, never played with them before, but the way she's fighting back leads me to believe she's a little genuine too.

It's highly possible that the Artifact was just used on Cake, but did not trigger a kill on her. As for Cake's passive. @CakeWalker verify properly with Fuji how your passive works.
