No, I knew Kizaru being an ally was possible before he even got to Egghead:

He’s probably going to betray at Egghead at some point but it remains to be seen if that’s a full on betrayal or just something more subtle (like him giving Luffy food).

It’s still possible that Luffy vs Kizaru isn’t over but I’d put the chances at like 10%.
Even if they do fight, it would probably be a fake out where they’re pretending to fight but actually fucking with Saturn through collateral.
