Cope harder. If he was fast enough to feed Luffy without anybody noticing, then he was fast enough to save Bonney and run away. If he didn't then he didn't feed Luffy. Cope harder. If the attack lands, the appropriate cliffhanger is the punch coming as it builds hype for Kuma the hero

The attack missing wouldn’t make much sense
