Many people compare Kizara and Kaido. But that's stupid. Without a doubt, Kizaru's stamina is much inferior to Kaido's, but Kizaru's strength is in speed and evasion. Remember. Kaido took all the punches with his body and slowly lost hp, Kizaru fought back and dodged 99% of g5's punches. These two characters have completely different characteristics. Kizara is hard to hit, Kaido is hard to break through. As I thought before. Average yonko(goofy g5,bb current,Big mom)=Admiral<Kaido, Shanks(top yonko)=Commander-in-Chief (Akainu)=<Mihawk=Ryuma=<Zoro Peak.(even though Kizaru won, he is still in the same league as Goofy g5). In general, Admiral = average yonko. Commander-in-chief = top yonko.

This works for monster trio because they have major fights along the way, but what about the others?
Is usopp going to stay on the sideline until we reach imu? Franky until he builds sunny? Robin until she discovers lost century? Chopper until he finds ultimate cure? This will make non fighters strawhats even more sidelined than they already are.
Its hard to believe that usopp used to be a main character with such importance in early OP.
Last time he shined was by using basic CoO in dressrosa which will complete a whole decade this year..

Looking in hindsight, Kaido's crew overall sucked.
Sasaki and page on had no business being in a yonko crew.
Black maria is useful, but no strong enough to be a front liner only behind commanders.

Ulti impressed the shit out of me and has the potential to be a YC1 with proper haki training. She lacks offense, but her durability is crazy.
The others are so irrelevant that i forgot lol.
Given kaido's extense knowledge about haki and awakening, i ask myself how he never tried to help his underlings to reach awakening AND learn advanced haki.
This is the typical white beard syndrome of a haki specialist not teaching haki beyond basic usage to his crew.
BEAST PIRATES without a single awakened zoan user lol, not even kaido was awakened as far as we know.
Yamato had the same clouds of luffy and lucci so i assume she was awakened aswell despite not fighting for kaido.
Instead of spending a fortune on shit fruits, he should have build an army of advanced haki users.
One kinemon alone isn't much, but an entire army of kinemon lvl fighters would be very useful.

How did we get exposed because Luffy's own power nerfs how long he can fight for? How did Kizaru’s showing at all prove he's stronger than Luffy? All it showed was he's better at running away.
