You're right. Oda is hella inconsistent. The thing just is people use the inconsistency when it suits the agenda.

When Kizaru gets floored due to plot his stats are trash but when Saturn gets send flying and loses a limb to a single Kuma punch then it's plot and it says nothing about his stats.
