Yeah, Night 1. I only joined the cult end of day 3, the recruits were as follows:

Night 1 - Gram
Night 2 - Naomi
Day 3 - Ratchet (this was because the night 1 recruit failed, three phases later they got another one)
Night 3 - Flower
Night 4 - hime
Night 5 - T-Pein
