This is pretty much the consensus now that Ratchet potentially isn't scum anymore. Now its who else to take out with Polar. Rayan seems to be the next best option

I believe it should since my resurrections counted as a visit.

I had 3 resurrections and so did Heyla, so I'm assuming or rather hoping the abilities function the same way.
