How do you know Kizaru wasn't trying? His main objetive wasn't Luffy but that literally played in his favor (ran away from Luffy), and he still used multiple techniques we had never seen before.

Regardless, both Doflamingo and Kaido took multiple hits from Luffy (and other people) before taking the hit that took them down. Kizaru only took one hit. One shot.

You answered it yourself. His objective was never luffy. He was never trying to fight him.

Luffy tried with Base + AdCoC , G4 , Got negged while kizaru was still focussed on Vegapunk.
Kizaru literally pushed him.
Even with G5 he barely landed one punch.
This is not what you call one shot.
