Nah this look way more crazy that marco .
We never see marco get hit with attack that strong so we maybe never know .
Still fact the man heal from a full haki DF punch in seconds to the face look faster than what happen in MF.
When marco took a punch to face by garp that was way less powerful .

Marco ate full brunt of Yasakani no Magatama which shot him full of holes but his regen is so fast that he was back to original shape nearly in an instant. Both Saturn and Marco are mythical Zoans so the one who is all about healing/regen should be better at it than the one who has those abilities as a side trick, imo.
I would argue that Garp's punch is a lot stronger than this but it doesnt look impressive due to pre-TS lack of Haki shading.
