I don't see it that way Luffy show he can knock down a admiral for a while with one punch .

A distracted admiral that clearly has conflicted feelings on his orders and is basically stalling for time.

His only issues is his G5 limit that Oda can change when ever he wants .

Oda ain't about to significantly increase his g5 limit right now lol. That's like next arc stuff. Hell, it may never be increased. G4 time limit still is basically the same. He can just use it for shorter bursts to somewhat curb running out of time is all. so wouldn't surprise me if oda went that route with G5 as well.

I think issues here is we not going to be seeing any real fights with everyone trying to get off the island .
The most will be short clash and few hits and then running away to leave the island .

A "big incident" was promised. Oda hasn't delivered that yet.

The strawhats just turning tail and running away without beating anyone is not a big incident. Especially after wano where two whole yonko died.

Saturn going down is one possibility for the big incident. I can see that happening.

But my money is personally on, Kizaru finally makes up his mind and betrays Saturn.

And the thing with WCI, is that it just doesn't work as a comparison to Egghead.
With WCI it was clear they were WAY out of their league, I mean no SH then besides Luffy and arguably Zoro could have even beat Cracker and Katakuri, so the captain was obviously impossible for them to fight at the time.
Here, that's not the case.
Nothing Saturn or Kizaru are doing make it seem like they're unstoppable. Sure, Saturn's regen is crazy and you can argue it may even be better than Marco's (as strange as it may be), but we know there's probably a way to work around that via lopping Saturn's head off or something similar to it.
They also outright said that they were not in WCI to fight, otherwise they'd have brought Zoro and the rest of the crew (Luffy, iirc, actually outright said Zoro first btw, that's not me being a Zoro wanker or anything), meanwhile they have the whole crew here plus Kuma, Bonney, and Sentomaru.
There is no reason for them to just pussy out of this due to thinking they're inferior and don't have the manpower to try and match up to them right now, if they leave it's probably to ensure that Vegapunk doesn't die somehow or because they think it's better than fighting Kizaru, Saturn, and the rest of the Marines when they can just save their energy and leave.

I'm glad the Punch connected it was so satisfying to watch and it helped to free the Strawhats

The fact that Luffy disappeared you know he's coming in the next chapter he seems like the only guy who can take in Saturn right now

Kizaru redemption arc incoming he did seem conflicted in this chapter

Saturn right now has very weak durability but makes that up with his regen ability.

Has his eye power, can somehow freeze people and prevent them from moving, and can attack with his spider legs.

Hopefully he has other powers/abilities that we have yet to see.

Someone who is stronger than the antagonist who is not losing in the arc.

I like that the plot of Egghead is getting somewhere, but i've had enough of the arc, probably because of the random first part of the arc the had lead to nothing and this Kuma/Bonney part, that as good as it is, was something that we kind knew how would happen and had taken so much chapters

Well in Ohara or EL we did not see pieces of the islands dropping off so i don't see why it would happen here .
Plus even if does happen Oda will just write him moving , he not going have the main villain of the arc drop into the sea from a buster call lol
