then Fuji allowed the wish to let me alongside town if i was the last non-town survivor at the end of the NP

I know its pretty vague, at first I wanted to it to straight up say that leaving Highmountain too much would mean leaving your safe haven but then it would be too unfair for the void team if you just stayed holed up in there.
Also the reason the Nightmare Cult couldnt cult you was precisely because your character was the only one the void mafia could cult.
