Barcelona has bad managment not player , all those player are absolute great i mean griexmann was great in atletico . As an espanayol fan , even in derby barca have struggled against us thiz is likely because:

Players are underutilised and the passion of the club is mostly into buying wotld class players then developing young catalonia players how will you expect cl wins .

Pep would never join current barca seeing how they destroyed the foundation.
