@Pringles ignoring everything else and only going from how I understand the way Oda writes, Zoro only shot at having any real fight with Kizaru is if he already off-screened Lucci and is on his way unknowingly from the readers right now.
If he's still fighting Lucci next time we see him, it's dead. With the flashback ending, Kuma punching Saturn and the buster call being called we're in the climax of the arc (even if the arc can stil last dozens of chapter form now) and Zoro is not getting two consecutive multiple chapters 1 vs 1 in the climax. Even for Luffy that type of stuff is not that common.

I can see it happening, though.
He did the same thing with Apoo, then one shotted him and went to the rooftop
Scarred Kaidou and all that, then fought King
I can see the same happening here with Lucci, Saturn and Kizaru.
(Though admittedly Kaidou is stronger and a way bigger threat than King and I'm not sure the same applies to Saturn and Kizaru but we'll see once Saturn gets serious)
