Luffy literally went all out by his own admission and used 3 named attacks on Lucci and still Lucci was the last man standing.

You don't throw stones at others living in the glass house yourself.

The same technicality with which Kizaru "Won" against Luffy, Lucci was one as well.

Only difference is it took Luffy one punch to take Kizaru out for 20 chapters while it took 3 named attacks for Luffy to take out Lucci for 2 pages.
